Recommendations:
1.Common baths - you have to alternate white baths with yellow ones. The course - 30-40 baths. Take a bath once in 2 days.
In most cases, you have to observe the basic principle: alternate white baths with yellow baths. White baths help to open the capillaries, yellow ones - clean them from waste. Exception - high or low blood pressure.
High blood pressure - alternatea the yellow bath with a mixed bath
Low blood pressure - alternatea the white bath with a mixed bath
Normal blood pressure - alternatea the white bath with a yellow bath
* Mixed baths are the mixing of two liquids in proportion 1: 1 (starting with 5 ml of white + 5 ml of yellow) in one bath. Thus, mixed baths do not increase and do not reduce the blood pressure, so they can be used by patients with both high and low blood pressure.
2. Stay on a supporting dosage (1-2 baths per week) for the following 2 months. Repeat the course 2-3 times a year at intervals of 2 months with a supporting dosage.

• Day 3 - Yellow turpentine bath (15 ml) + Figure Balm 15 minutes before a bath, local rubbing with Figure Balm after a bath before going to sleep.
• Day 4 - break (rubbing with Figure Balm 2 times a day)
• Day 5 - White turpentine bath (15 ml) + Figure Balm 15 minutes before taking a bath, local rubbing with balm Figure after a bath before going to sleep.
• Day 6 - Yellow turpentine bath (15 ml) + Figure Balm 15 minutes before a bath, etc.
