Recommendations:
1. Common baths - alternate white baths with yellow ones. The course - 30-40 baths. Take the bath once in 2 days.
In most cases, the basic principle is observed: alternate white baths with yellowones.
White baths open the capillaries, yellow ones - clean them from the waste.
Exception - high or low blood pressure.
• High blood pressure–you alternatea yellow bath with a mixed bath
• Low blood pressure–you alternatea white bath with a mixed bath
• Normal blood pressure–you alternatea white bath with a yellow bath
Intensive program:
• day 1 - common yellow bath (10 ml), rub the whole body with Galipot balm 15 minutes before taking a bath. Local rubbing with Tired Legs balm 2 times a day*

• day 5 - common yellow bath (15 ml), rub the entire body with Galipot balm 15 minutes before taking a bath. Local rubbing with Tired Legs balm 2 times a day*
• day 6 –break. Local rubbing with Tired Legs balm 2 times a day*
* Every day, in the morning (before you get out of bed) and in the evening (10 minutes after lying down) rub your feet with Tired Legs balm.
