Dosing schedule of using turpentine baths and balms for increasing Life Energy
1. Common baths - alternate white baths with yellow ones. The course - 30-40 baths once in 2 days (See - How to take a bath).
In most cases, the basic principle is observed: alternate white baths with yellow ones.
White baths open the capillaries, yellow ones - clean them from waste.
Exception - high or low blood pressure.
• High blood pressure - alternatea yellow bath with a mixed bath
• Low blood pressure - alternatea white bath witha mixed bath
• Normal blood pressure –alternate white bath witha yellow bath
* Mixed baths are the mixing of two liquids in proportion 1: 1 (starting with 5 ml of white + 5 ml of yellow) in one bath. Thus, mixed baths do not increase and do not reduce blood pressure, so they can be used by patients with both high and low blood pressure.
2. After leaving the bathtub, it is necessary, without wiping, to wrap in a terry cotton robe, put on woolen or warm linen socks and go to bed, covered with a warm blanket. This is the next part of the procedure. It is necessary to lie down for 50-60 minutes. The perspiration and a slight burning feeling on the skin continue during this time - the turpentine composition is still in effect.
3. If the procedure is performed before going to bed, you can fall asleep after that. However, for a more complete effect of awakening and swinging all life support systems, it is better to do this in the morning.
4. In this case, after getting up from the bed, you need again to go to the bathroom, pour first some cold water in a large basin (which you can easily lift) and put it on a board lying across the tub (not to pick it up from the floor). The colder the water, the better.
Then take a warm or hot (but not very hot) shower to warm up if you cooled downand wash off everything that went out with sweat. If a yellow solution was used, it is better to wash with soap.
After warming up, pour the water from the basin over yourself and after a few seconds wash the entire body with cold water from the shower. *
At this moment, you can fully feel what it means " to open the gate" - the energy will go in such a powerful flow that you have never experienced before !!!
* Those who have problems with heart and blood pressure should use cold water with caution. The contrast of temperatures then needs to be increased gradually, moving from summer water every day to a colder one.
If your health is badly neglected, moderation and gradualness should become your motto. You should not bring yourself to the state of obvious discomfort.
5.Stay on support dosage during the following 2 months (1-2 baths in a week). Repeat the course 2-3 times a year at intervals of 2 months with a support dosage.
6. Only local application of Galipot balm is possible too. This solution should be rubbed into the skin daily, 15 minutes before taking a bath or shower.
